Members must abide by this terms and conditions. On acceptance of this T&Cs, you will be referred to as a ‘member’ and have the right to use our

swimming facility and to attend swimming classes. Please discuss the terms and conditions with our friendly staff members if you have any

question.

• Membership commences on the date when the first lesson starts given the payment has been made.

• Membership cannot be assigned or transferred to another person.

• All students are required to put the SW swim cap on during the classes. It is offered free of charge to a new student at the first time, but $5 will

be charged if another cap is required in case of being damaged/lost.

• For Squad the fee is charged on monthly basis, and for Learn-To-Swim classes it is charged on school term basis – A Squad fee in December

could be adjusted each year due to the different number of holidays.

• Members/students MUST consult and agree with our swim coach if they wish to attend another swim school concurrently.

• Students’ photo may be taken during classes/competitions for marketing purposes unless parents request not to do.

• Parents wishing to take photographs or video footage during classes/competitions need prior approval from the relevant staff.

• Make-up lessons will be given only if parents/students notify non-attendance 24 hours before the lesson starts – Any notice less than 24 hours

can be accepted only in case of an urgent medical matter and a medical certificate is required to show subject to the approval of a swim coach.

• Learn-To-Swim: The maximum of two make-up lessons are accepted per school term, and this MUST be used within the same school

term/holiday. We cannot guarantee a lesson time to suit your need due to the unavailability of vacancy.

• Squad Swim: If squad students miss a class, they can attend the class in a different day only if vacancy is available. This MUST be used

within the same month. We cannot guarantee squad lesson if no vacancy is available.

• We have NO REFUND policy upon the payment of your fees.

• Management will show discretion in extenuating circumstances.

• No swim lesson is provided on public holidays, and no make-up lesson is provided for this.
